The Valentine's Day theme contest lasting from February 1st-March 16 is over and all of the ballots have been collected. Thank you to our eleven entrants and our eleven voters

In the drawing/visual art category, our winner was (by a very close vote):

Being the second-place winner overall, Kagura-Satoam is entitled to a free piece of art from any of the administrators of YAA of whatever their choosing.

Our GRAND PRIZE winner, who recieved the most votes and will recieve a one-month subscription, courtesy of our affiliate YY-SideEffect-Club, and a piece of art from Loony, NinjaFro21, or myself IS: *drumroll*

Voting Week: May 3-9, 2008

The April-May contest has been dreamed up between myself and NinjaFro. We decided that the Pocky boys, being our spokesmodels, should have names! So, we are leaving it up to you, our delightful members to create names for the boys shown here: [link]

What to do:
Think up your favorite names for these two that really suit them!
Next, send a note to YAA labeled "Contest: Names" and tell us what YOU want to name these two! (If you wish, specify which boy should have which name. For example: "The Blonde is Greg and the Brunette is Nick"!)
NinjaFro and Xandi will pick which names they like the best.
NinjaFro and Xandi will then come up with a poll so that the members have final say in the name for the poster boys!
